Charges for a new semester will post to the student account based on the schedule below:

财务司办公室提供 a payment plan option for students who are unable to pay their tuition and fees by the first due date of a semester. Students/authorized users may enroll in an installment payment plan each semester, 那学期的费用已经公布了. An email will be sent to the authorized user with instructions to activate their account.
 

Financial aid refunds will be issued when financial aid funds are in excess of tuition and fees for a given term.  Financial aid disbursements are based on a student’s current enrollment and the completion of any necessary requirements. 退款 of financial aid funds will begin on the first day of the term.

财务司办公室提供 直接存款 as a more convenient means of issuing refunds to students. Instead of mailing a check, we will deposit the funds directly into the student's bank of choice.

退款 issued by 直接存款 are processed Monday through Friday during the first three weeks of the semester. 在学期的第三周之后, refunds by 直接存款 are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  退款 via check are mailed on Fridays to the student’s mailing address.

Both steps must be completed or the 直接存款 enrollment will not be valid. Incomplete 直接存款 enrollments will result in a mailed check.

To start the 直接存款 enrollment process, sign into the My俄亥俄州学生中心. In the Finances section, select "Enroll in 直接存款" from the dropdown menu.

After entering your bank account information in step one, 请务必点击“继续注册直接存款”,” otherwise enrollment in 直接存款 is not complete. Enrollment is complete when the message, “Congratulations! You are now enrolled in 直接存款” has been displayed.
